BSA Mobile Application is an application that uses blockchain secure authentication technology, eliminating the need for a password during log in. This documentation will assist users in navigating through the BSA Application. Below is the flow that we are going to present:

Important!!

Please ensure that your device has default authentication methods enabled, such as biometric, PIN, or pattern lock. Failure to have these enabled will result in unsuccessful BSA registration.

Registration

The User Registration process is designed to enroll first-time users onto the BSA Applications platform. This procedure remains consistent for both Android and iOS users, ensuring a uniform experience across devices.

Click “Sign Up” button
1. You need to choose where to receive the OTP, either via Email or SMS.
2. Fill in your Email Address.
3. Pick your country code and fill in the phone number. Example: Country Code: Malaysia (+60) Phone Number: 123456789.
4. Click the “Next” button.
Fill in the OTP Code that you had receive via your Email or SMS.
1. Fill in your User ID. It is case-sensitive, so make sure you remember your User ID word by word, including uppercase and lowercase letters, symbols, and numbers used, etc.
2. Fill in your Name. *Important: This column is case-sensitive.
3. Click “Sign Up” button to complete the user registration.

Device Registration

Device Registration comes into play when a user switches to a new device due to circumstances such as loss, theft, or acquisition of a new device. In these situations, users must follow the same process outlined for initial registration to re-register their new device. This ensures a secure and straightforward transition while maintaining the integrity of the user's account.

Important!!

Please ensure that your device has default authentication methods enabled, such as biometric, PIN, or pattern lock. Failure to have these enabled will result in unsuccessful BSA device registration.

Click “Register Device” button
1. You need to choose You need to choose "Send OTP to", either via Email or SMS.
2. Fill in your registered User ID
3. Fill in your registered Name. *Important: This column is case-sensitive. You need to use the same case during register
4. Fill in your registered Email. *Important: This column might be different because it will change based on selected "Send OTP to" above. If you choose Email to receive the OTP Code, fill in your Email Address. If you choose the SMS option, you need to pick your country code and fill in the phone number. Example: Country Code: Malaysia (+60) Phone Number: 199876543.
4. Click the "Next" button.
1. Fill in the OTP Code that you had receive via your Email or SMS.
2. Click “Next” button to complete the device registration.

Authentication

i. Normal / Biometric Authentication

Key in your userID on the BSA Web. You will receive a notification on your mobile device to authenticate the login request.
Click the notification or “Quick Authentication” button.
Please touch the fingerprint sensor. If the fingerprint successfully authenticates, it indicates that the user has completed the authentication sign-in process and can now access the web.

ii. QR Authentication

Click the “QR Authentication” button
On the BSA Website, click the “QR Code Login” button. The QR Code will appear.
On your mobile device, scan the QR Code with the scanner to continue authentication.
If successful, you can now access the web.

iii. OTP Authentication

Click the “OTP Authentication” button.
The OTP Code will appear on the mobile device.
On the BSA Website, click the “OTP” button.
Fill in the box with the OTP Code you had received via mobile device.
Click the “LOGIN” button.
On the BSA Website, click the “OTP” button.
Fill in the box with the OTP Code you had received via mobile device.
Click the “LOGIN” button.

iv. TOTP Authentication

Fill in your userID on the website. Click the “TOTP” button.
On your mobile device, click the “TOTP Authentication” button.
The TOTP Code will appear.
Fill in the box with the TOTP Code you had received via mobile device.
Click the “LOGIN” button.

v. Change Authentication Type

User InterfaceDescription

1. Click “Authentication Type” button.
2. Choose your preferred dual authentication method, either "Biometric Authentication" or "PIN/Pattern Authentication". Don't worry, you can still change the authentication type in the future.

Money Transfer

Click the “Money Transfer” button.
Enter the transfer details and click “Transfer” button.

Mobile Reload

User InterfaceDescription
Click the “Money Transfer” button.
Enter the transfer details and click “Transfer” button.

Wallet Topup

User InterfaceDescription
Click the “Wallet Topup” button.
Enter the amount that you want to transfer.

Notification

User InterfaceDescription
Click the “Notification” button.
All the transaction history will be appeared here.

Manage Cards

User InterfaceDescription
Click the “Manage Cards” button.
All your cards will be listed here. If you want to add new card, click the “+” icon.
Fill in the details of the card. Click the “Add” button.

Profile

User InterfaceDescription

Click “Personal Info” button, you will navigate to your personal info.
